I started this podcast as a hobby and it has expanded into an amazing platform where I have shared my perspectives as an Indigenous Coast Salish woman, journeying through these rapidly changing times. 

I am so excited to have discussions here with amazing people whom I have met in my life & travels, who share their perspectives and the compassionate work they do in their communities.
